Edano and the TEPCO guys are saying the radiation level outside the plant is 600-800 micro Sv, the "radiation spike" was on the level of 2 milli Sv, and that there is no recommended increase in the evacuation area. Staff has been moved out of the reactor itself while they investigate the source of the "white smoke," which appears to be coming from reactor #3 and may be steam, but nobody was "forced out" by any new flood of radiation.
