Not trying to bash peoples theories but i just cant find abywhere that blade hi is a 4 hit WS... Only thing i contibye to see is quadruple dmg....also since the offhand apparently contributes towards blade hi can one assume the augment dual wield that comes with full +2 (granting bonus swing in offhand) boost up blade hi dmg if that augment procs.

Im more than happy with my dmg....its the random inconsistincies that occur.
iirc, set bonus does not proc on WS.
Find a way to full time Zerk/Stalwark + Red Curry/Buns so you can full time in WS Gorget and Belt for added accuracy.
Your first hit is the heavy dmg hit so watch your tp return to determine if you're wiffing with the main hand. Other than that its crit based which is the other major factor to your dmg.
As you are dual wielding the ws is going to be 2 hit and can proc DA/TA/QA if you have it so you'll see some crazy high spike dmg at times.

Aside for topic at hand; I do have these whiffs occasionally too, its not the skill being bad, just a missed main hand strike, non crits etc. My drg's drakes can occasionally hit in the 1500s when I do >.>;.
