If you are adding muscle, you need to increase protein intake, which means increase body mass. If it's muscle, then you should be doing protein shakes and other intake like egg whites, intake water and sleep. EDIT : I think this is a low to no carb diet. I had to do something like that from a doctor and I did lose alot of weight fast but it wasn't straight protein. It followed the 5 to 6 meals but limited all means to 15g of carbs or less. After doing that, I saw how horrible all the food is in grocery stores. Similar to what I'm doing.
