My dog thinks she's people :| She sleeps right next to me in bed (taking up half the damn bed too) and then I have the cat on top of my chest lol

Before giftmas I actually fixed my sleep. I was going to bed at midnight and getting up at 9sm every day for 2 months.I was loving it.First day back to the gym on january 2nd wiped me out and I went to bed around 11:30pm and woke up the next day at 1pm and havent recovered it since. Gonna try make it to midnight friday and get it back on track. Its easier to plan eating and stuff that way too.

They were alot better 10 years ago. But I'm getting older now and just prefer to get everything on normal time now a days. It makes planning my day easier too. Mostly what time to eat at (since I'm eating 5 or 6 meals a day) and the gym,going to town,etc
