All weapons of the same class with the same R1 move set have the same initial swing speed. But follow up R1's speed, because of recovery time, are different.
Rapier/Mail Breaker > Velka's > Ricards > Estoc
Moonlight Greatsword > Claymore/Flamberge/Obsidian Greatsword > Manserpent Greatsword/Artorias Greatswords/Abyss Greatsword
Zweihander/Greatsword > Demon Great Machete
Those are the ones I know of and have noticed the differences of personally in PvP. Or seen tested on youtube.

Well, except when I'm trying to find something amazingly useful. Like weapon swing speeds. :<
It's okay :< I haven't found anything either and I've been looking every now and then for months.
I'll try Youtube next. That's how I found out about the rapiers. And that there are 3 or 4 fast rolls speeds.
