Sorry but my xbox is either getting hacked or going to be sold.
Pieces of ***, I lost so much money buying stuff online at their store and they can't help me get my account information that it's all attached to?
Sorry but when I had to get my xbox sent in to get repaired it took 6 phone calls and the situation escalated to me being forwarded to a US state side to talk to management about their customer service.
And now this problems, maybe they realized when they asked when was the last time I updated my xbox information it was when I last played it over 8 months ago.
