Wanting to know who though up lottery NMs with no max time cap. understand waiting a min window. but wish there was a max window of maybe 4 hours for most the trial NMs.

Oh and to fight Havel I had to strip down to just my shield, my black knight sword and a hollow helm....
So I had to fight that guy guarded only by a man thong...

I actually thought of going full Rambo on his *** since he was one shotting me either way. The extra speed to circle him and faster dodges probably would have been better than standing there parrying him for an hour. I like parrying though, I've started using rapiers and stuff and am making a fencer sort of

Talking about Campaign is probably the one thing that could get be to come back to FFXI. I miss campaigning so much.
I also miss hearing Urteil's sultry voice on Teamspeak.
The sole reason I was leveling RDM the last time I played was for Campaign. The sole reason I have Paladin leveled to where it was, Campaign. Why would I never make an Almace, because I can't hold it, a Terror Shield, and my Griffinclaw at the same time.
If I didn't need skillups and a few pieces of gear from Abyssea etc, I would never leave Campaign.

The battles sometimes go on for a long *** time. One time when I was working on my rank(currently at Wings of Integrity on Bismarck) a battle lasted 2 straight hours. I was tanking the entirety of Ander's Moonfang Pack, and all of the monk orcs and both NMs the entire time.
I usually love those battles because you can cash in tags multiple times. Get full exp cash in 9k do it again etc. The only thing is that when you are the one tanking things, like I was usually when I was on PLD, you can't really stop when you cap exp to turn them in.

I need to finish getting a Griffonclaw. 8~ mobs + Whirl of Rage + Benthic Typhoon + Invincibility via Phalanx, Aquaveil, Stoneskin, and Blood Saber is fun enough, but adding Uriel Blade... :3

I forget sometimes that I shouldn't use Flash right after Uriel Blade, I only had it for a little while though before I stopped playing. I think you still get exp credit for using the spell if it doesn't land, but I'm not 100% sure.
