Haven't watched bleach in awhile, but out of good/bad chars in it liked the one blonde espada chick.

I guess I shouldn't say that she sucks, but instead I will say shes ineffective as a character and it's not 100% her fault. Shows like Bleach and from what I have heard about One Piece have a major problem in having too many characters and it gets to a point where you can look at a majority of the characters and say "If we just deleted them... nothing would really change."
She seemed kinda of interesting, but the series I feel doesn't have enough interaction with her to warrant any level of fan-dom. If it weren't for the Yoruichi yuri doujins, I would probably forget she exists at all.

One Piece doesn't have any problem with characters. It's just that Oda doesn't feel the need to kill all enemies for the heroes to move on, they just go their own way(often showed in the first panel as a side-story).
