Not sure if it's good or not, but my hair feels as soft as a puppy's ears. So I don't think I care if it's bad. :x

I do have to rinse my hair daily though if I don't because it gets too oily, sometimes I cheat and use a tiny dab of shampoo just to get a nice clean feeling.
Albeit that's all irrelevant seeing as I haven't had long hair in years.

Pritty sure I remember reading that your hair produces more oils to compensate if you wash it everyday, which is why people who do need to wash more often then people that don't. I have no links or anything so idk for sure though.
I use deep conditioning hair mask a few times a week and leave in conditioner so its still soft and not dry :< I know its bad to wash every day but i rather not have the slick down flat look lol
