Hey Slip, you still around? Why is it most of our conversations lead to cooking? lol I'm just realizing this. I'm not complaining, because food is a passion of mine (which I'm working on to rectify now... I've already lost 2.2 pounds!), but it just sorta dawned on me.

Well, since I forgot to weigh myself until after I had lunch yesterday, I don't have an accurate account. But a couple days ago I was 335. So... like 3 days? I think.

Water Weight is the biggest fluctuation. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning for the most accurate measurement.

Yeah, it's probably water weight. You need a deficit of 7000 calories to lose 2 lbs, and it's not likely you're going to reach that number in a few days. My caloric deficit for the week is only around 5000 calories. I need to start doing cardio again.

I need to start up cardio again as well.. I'm building muscle, which is great, I've surpassed all my previous markers in my training, but I'm not losing the fat like I want to be.

I have this program that maps out my caloric intake for me. To lose 2 pounds a week, it says I have to have approximately 2260 calories a day, unless I work out in which case I get a few more accordingly. Today I finished with 1213 calories remaining. I am trying to weigh myself first thing in the morning, but some days with my memory... it's not so easy.

2260 calories a day and still be at a deficit? Are you a huge guy or something? 2200 is like my BMR.

its like once you get to a certain point its just so much harder to lose the weight lol i want to loose like 100 pounds :\ want to but no motivation with school and bleh :P

I'm in the same boat, Chuuuuuu. I don't know how many times now I've gone dieting and exercising. But I gotta keep trying, y'know? All I can do is hope this is going to be the time I stick with it.

I have to but ugh lol parents say its gonna take me almost dying from a stroke or something to make me lol and I'm like thanks guys, so helpful. Then when I do exercise my dad likes to laugh at me and say stuff like you won't keep doing it. Then I refuse to do it to be laughed at :(

Ah, yeah you're a huge dude. I'm only 5'7 and 163 lbs. I have to eat below 2200 calories a day to even start a deficit. At least we're dudes though. I can't imagine what it's like trying to lose weight without all the testosterone.

You know, I'm still amazed how well put together FFVI was. The music, the character development, the plot, everything was just so perfect.



The song literally fits Kefka, there's no other way of describing it.

Really should play through it again.

Health is a huge motivator for me. I'm tired of my cholesterol problems, and I need to just be rid of it for good. But at least there you can have another type of motivation. Prove your old man wrong. When he laughs at you, just let that fuel you. Imagine the look on his face if it takes hold.

i dunno i dont find that as a good motivator lol im already trying to prove myself to my dad by staying in school and not failing lol also proving to an ex that im too stupid for school either D:<

yeah the yorkie we have barks all day everyday lol but shes just barking at one person, my sisters bf who would kick her and scare her so now she just barks and snarls when she hears him lol so yeah kinda try to tune it out lol
