I don't know how much sympathy I can offer. I usually bawl uncontrollably and when my own dog died last year I entered a week long coma of uber misery. T_T
i used to burst into tears at the thought of him :\ but now we can talk about him in good spirits and how good of a dog he was

She's a great dog. My ex/son's mom always said she should have been cloned because she was always so great with kids... Playful and patient.
I knew it was coming, and I thought I'd be able to handle it, but it's still a lot harder to deal with than I thought. She's been part of our family for a bit over 14 years now. About 15 years ago, we had to have our last dog put down and I still remember my mom coming into my bedroom to tell me, how much I cried over it and how much I wanted them to change their minds about having it done.
I don't know that I'll ever have another dog, but I know she'll never be replaced.

I'm sorry :( My mom had to put down our dog on Christmas in 2010. She couldn't stand not having him around and got another one last year. This time she got a rescue, so they both have good company :)
Is it stupid that that made me feel like crying? I'm sorry.
ive been crying lol T.T i get so much more sad for dogs. why i wouldnt be a good vet :( just there crying too lol
