It's not even cutscenes now, actual gameplay as well, just really choppy and slow. I know FFXIV sets itself to low but I found the FFXIVPriorityBooster thing and have it reset to high everytime I go back into it. I'm gonna lower some things and see if that helps then I'll let you know. :/
What does your CPU usage and Physical memory look like in task manager?

When I'm just standing in town, about 20-25% CPU Usage and 42% Physical Memory. x.x I'm hoping this is easily fixable because I didn't think my setup was that bad either lol

Yes, I actually just reinstalled them last night because I was having problems with something x.x So I'm sure they're new D:

Try using an older driver for your card. Sometimes newer drivers can cause problems.
