lol i have my IE set to auto delete history and cookies and such so it gets a fresh start as soon as i log on. so theres nothing for google ads to hook onto

Takes a bit of grinding to get the more powerful suits, but if you can get a suit you like playing early on, then it doesn't really matter; I've made 7k points so far today just having fun in PVP in my C-rank Aries. Need 39k points for the blueprints for Tallgeese III.
Also, the lower rank quests practically throw points at you, so if you're smart about it and don't just roll for everything you see (like I did when I started), it might not be too much to say you could afford an S-rank blueprint pretty easily at the start.
Tempted to spend the 7k on hammers for these Gold Capsules before the update tomorrow takes them out of the game in hopes of getting a Johnny Ridden Custom Zaku II. <_<; >_>;

Went for the hammers, and didn't get the Zaku. Got 1.5k points back and a bunch of common items.
Got that ready for my Tallgeese III, but I haven't gotten around to actually using it yet; been playing normal rooms and I don't like using melee suits unless it's a melee-only room. :<
Anyway, it's an AS-rank, and the blueprints cost 18k points. Should definitely be able to afford them with the early quest rewards.
Biggest problem I can see in making it would be getting the Wing Zero. :x
