Ok cause in the past its taken 3 hours but this past month its only taken a hour to 2 hours so I'm kinda like dafuq they do to my speed in the past

That point is reached when they no longer believe they are better than the project person. And what I would do in the past was find a new project.
That or you go out and find someone impossible to fix.

I stopped taking my antidepressants because they didn't do anything. SSRIs suck.
