On a random note: Anyone here own a Kruig machine? I'm considering one sometime in the future to replace my dinky $20 coffee maker.

Though my only gripe or grievance I can note thus far is that it can only make up to 10 ounces. But with how quickly it can brew and how well it does, that may not be a problem, but rather how expensive and quickly I'll likely go through coffee heh. While you have to clean out the little coffee catch every time you use it, it literally takes 10 seconds to do so. Mine brews a cup in about 50 seconds. Perfect every time. I really like it since every time I make a cup if I want to change the flavor I just put in a new flavor of coffee. not stuck with 1 flavor for the pot. I must admit, it looks classy. And with it's modular single cup brewing process, no more wasted coffee in pots brewed. Which may end up saving me money in the long run. Also amazon seems to sell gigantic packages of k-cups for pretty cheap. 50 cups for $20 is ¢40 a cup. Might just be worth the investment. Though I hear they don't exactly have consistent reliability. I see bunches of amazon reviews saying their machine broke down on them too quickly.
![]() But from the looks of things, for the price and risk. The pros far outweigh the cons. This made me sad. I don't like having to rely on QPR or Newcastle for number 20. That awkward moment when the ferrets are out becuase you're cleaning their cage when you suddenly realize 20 minutes have passed and you haven't seen or heard them...
That's very unusual for ferrets... All they do when they're out is run around, climb and jump on ***and chase each other.. You don't need to buy the K-cups. There is a unit that acts as a little filter you can buy to put in it so you can use whatever coffee you want.
http://www.amazon.com/Keurig-K-Cup-Reusable-Coffee-Filter/dp/B000DLB2FI/ref=pd_bxgy_gro_text_b I use this. You have to tap it out every time you make a cup but it's no big deal. lets me use my favorite coffee. Bismarck.Dreadnot said: » You don't need to buy the K-cups. I was looking at the types of coffee I like in their own k-cup, and they quickly became very expensive. Like upwards of ¢70-98 a cup. Luckily I think I get more coffee for my buck by just buying my own beans or grounds by the pound. I absolutely love Starbucks coffee. But there isn't a Starbucks within 20 miles of me.. or a coffee shop within 20 miles.. so I brew my own.
Yeah, that's partially why I want to move to the Keurig. My dinky coffee maker from Target just isn't cutting it anymore. It's a pain to clean and prepare despite it's ability to start brewing on a set timer. My fear however is the ability to brew to my ratio of coffee to water to satiate my need for stronger, bolder, and thus more flavorful coffee. But thousands of people love it, and even my mom likes the one she has in her office, so it might just be worth it.
Wonder how much a good espresso maker would be. A morning latte would be pretty rad, but expensive as I could imagine.
uhg wth isnt the button presses on the controller doing what it says on screen.. ie: triangle is jump on controller but shows it as square -,- also *** PS controllers lol

As stupid as it is.. there are no coffee shops and no sandwich shops.. in Zephyrhills FL. (A retirement city.) Every coffee shop that tried closed down within a few months. Dunkin Donuts has good coffee, but I buy their brand coffee to brew so I never have to go there. Looking at all this coffee stuff almost makes me regret I'm not a morning person. My mind started to wander and imagine the satisfaction of sipping your first cup upon waking up; with a beautiful sunrise for atmosphere and a newspaper to kill time.
Annoying that I can solve the long chem problems then I get down to the last part that just needs some algebra I always seem to mess it up ~.~ seems so simple but argh
Coffee is vile.
