I used to love to frog people in the funny bone when they weren't paying attention.. Stick one knuckle out (pictured below if you don't know what it is) and hit them swiftly right in the soft spot on the back of the elbow.. Requires good aim, so I moved onto a new thing (there's only person I play around like that with though)... Punching them dead on in the knee.. Same effect really..
