cleaned up my code and got most of the loose logic errors fixed, and commented the hell out of it.

one thing that concerns me though is that i have a while loop in there that im not exactly sure what it does, but it does something to keep it from breaking i think.

i think it was in there to keep the player from being able to continue on if they hit a number over 21, but i had to change the other whiles to depend on something new, so im not sure how to implement it now
