I can't even say it...

:-( /comfort. Losing loved ones is never an easy thing, not something that you can just get over. And nothing anyone says is going to really help much.

I lost my grandmother four years ago and my grandfather last year. Most days I don't feel it anymore, but sometimes it just smacks you upside the head that they're gone. You see someone or smell something that reminds you of them, or someone says something that they used to say, and BAM! You remember.

But it sounds like she's in a bit of pain, or not doing well. Once she's gone, there's no more pain for her. That's not all that comforting, since there's still pain for you, but it helps a little to remember that she won't feel hurt anymore.
