I really hope it's just a false positive but according to the memory diagnostics tool, my memory contains "hardware problems". Seems kind of weird though, the only thing not really working right is Firefox (have done a fresh install).

It could be because I installed a new motherboard, memory, and processor without reformatting (no installation disc). Oh and every couple of days I'll get a BSOD, the last two didn't have a dump file for me to look at so I can't post anything about them.

Computer has been scanned with AVG, Avast, Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, in normal and safe-mode and found nothing. Reseated both sticks as well as putting them in the other two slots. Also did a chkdsk /s /r and it didn't find any problems. Have done a restore of my registry and configuration files to the "last known good configuration" as well.

Anyone have any ideas as to why it would be reporting bad memory?

I shall not. It has found a comfy spot there and I refuse to move it. Besides we both know it is implying something sexual. Just look at it! lmao
