Gangly, coltish, awkward, toothpickish legs, dangly arms, bad fighting stance... But mostly because I so wanted to be elvaan when I first started because I thought they'd be like Dungeons and Dragons elves but it turns out they are so completely un-elf-like! /cry
While I can understand the last part only because they're not like alot of the elves people are used to. I refuse to agree with your fighting stance argument for anything two handed. Elvaan males have the best two handed stances in the game imho.

Been playing Skyrim for 10 minutes and I already hate it. There better be a way to make the gameplay up to my standards or I'm gonna throw this thing right out of the window <_<

Hit the F key.
If first person isn't your forte then this game likely isn't for you in the first place. Camera motion with the mouse is pretty cut and dry standard for many games.
Luckily they've improved third person combat significantly since Oblivion.

Trying to understand how to make it my way. F doesn't do anything btw which is why I'm complaining lol.
