Read the wiki article on Neoteny. That's what they mean when they use the prefix Paedo- it's slightly different. As opposed to being sexually attracted to children, it's attraction to child-like physical and psychological traits, though I'm sure Dictionary.com and other such places put Paedophile along with Pedophile. Distinction is almost not there.
