Ugh, Skyrim is pissing me off. Mages two shot me effortlessly and I can't get close enough to club their face in :/

Yeah I mean the melee guys put up a good challenge, but nothing I can't take down with good timing, but the mages are impossible. Even with my 10% resist magic ring they two shot me more or less instantly :/

I know 10% isn't much but it's still ridiculous how bad it is.
It seems like our "base" resistance was completely erased so magic does severe damage regardless now.

Re download xi setup (gonna toy around for a month I think) only for it to give me some weird *** error I've never got before :/

This is a fresh install, I just downloaded the 4GB install files from my D2D account.

It's working kinda now but I think it wasn't wanting to work cause of the POL thing so I have to manually install all the expansions.
