Hooooooooooly ***.. Okay I watch Adam Sandler movies, but I've never been a huge fan of them or anything.. They're there when you're just that bored, or there's absolutely nothing on TV..

But OMFG, Jack and Jill is absolutely the most horrible movie he's ever made.. It might actually be the most horrible movie made in the last 10 years that actually got time in theaters..

lol Anytime I see the previews for that movie I cringe. I generally love Adam Sandler movies, but I don't feel this one. :3

The previews make it seem like the best movie ever made in comparison.. It's just painful.. It's not stupid or ridiculous.. It's just *** painful.

Hey.. Deathproof at least had stuff going for it.. I mean it was meant to be cheesy and ridiculous..

This ***on the other hand.. Just.. Just.. THERE ARE NO GODDAMNED WORDS. HE DOESN'T EVEN MAKE A PASSABLE *** WOMAN! You know that Family Guy thing where it talks about a seagull laughing in a movie theater.. THAT'S HIS IMPRESSION OF A WOMAN THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH! The most annoying goddamned voice..

And I'm not trying to say that IMDB really means that much, but Deathproof has nearly 100k votes and is at 7.2 This ***is at nearly 3.5k and has a 2.8.. I don't use IMDB votes as my final say in whether I'll watch a movie or not, but it does influence it, generally after 100-200 votes, it's a reasonable estimate of how well the movie was accepted/perceived.. I make the distinction because nearly every B-movie is rated high as hell when it has no business being rated that high, but only has 10-20 votes, as sad as it is, people close to the movie actually go and write reviews on the site basically alluding it to being the greatest movie in recent times and rating it at 10.

This movie is seriously ***.. If you haven't seen it, I dare you to watch it.

And lmao.. The copy I'm watching.. 26 minutes in and TWO people get up and walk out, the second I wear you can see him mouthing something like '*** this'..

Why would there be a boat at the side of a cruise ship shooting a water jet up in the air? Is there a practical reason for that? I've seen it quite a few times in movies/shows.. Never really understood why.. It's not spraying on the ship.. So wth.

deathproof had no plot development, no character development, and no ending lol

If you took it beyond it's purpose, then you were bound to be disappointed. The whole film revolves around old 1970s exploitation films that were violent, vulgar, grotesque and lacked substance on purpose for the simple sake of shock and awe amongst what were generally conservative film goers. (Not in the political aspect, but rather moral.)

Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino intentionally reintroduced the genre to modern film to show exactly how exaggerated and ridiculous, yet entertaining they were from several decades ago.
