I've had a dentist recommend the Crest White Strips instead of having her office do it. Something about them not being able to guarantee an improvement and the whole cost thing.

White Strips help, but you're only supposed to do them twice a year I think, and any improvement they make can quickly be undone by going back to normal eating habits.

my mom gets me the strong dentist stuff cuz she works there so she just gets it for like 20 bucks or something lol and after 3 uses i have super white teeth o: ive used it twice and i can tell lol
