Well when it's not the main taste there are other applications I like it on, for instance get some of this:
and some pork chops, heat up the grill, give the chops a very liberal coating of it on one side, put them on the (hot) grill seasoned side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes, flip, squeeze the juice out of a half a lime on each chop, and cook until they're done.

Oh my goodness. Those tacos, do want! My friend uses that stuff, but she was barely sprinkles it on whatever she's cooking. :<
Kinda hard to over use it really, the particles are fairly large. When I use the grill mates stuff, I cover the meat so that 50% or more of the surface is covered, and that's actually less than I'd prefer.. I like really strong tasting food, my wife doesn't. But she loved those pork chops, so it's safe to say 50% of the surface covered is far off from over seasoned.

I don't use spice blends very often, I prefer to be able to adjust the taste as I feel fit, howerver, I have to admit, sometimes I just like to be lazy but not eat bland food.
