every place I get hired at...3 weeks later aleast 3 people lose their jobs

It depends. If they can't keep up they need to be cut from the herd, or else it could effect other people's performance. Well oiled machine and all that business.
Yeah I completely understand why, the lady calls in about 4 times a month(5 times Sept. 1-present) so had to be done.
Really?!? Was she not expecting to be axed? That shouldn't have been a surprise to her at all.
The guy before me was lenient with her(his wife). Once I assumed control of the situation, I wasn't making excuses for her as he did.
But now I believe they're both unemployed so I felt kind of bad.

People that cover for relatives (as in they have the power to take action but don't because of relation) should be fired asap.
Sorry but if you can't do your job but are being spared just because of a relation to the boss you shouldn't be working there.
Yea sounds like either a software conflict like ya said or something physical might be corrupt as well. Hell for all we kno ya windows might be bad, which blows cuz depending wat exactly is wrong widows may not even say there's something there, which has been a huge problem in itself since '95 or earlier (assuming you use windows)

yeah, the odd thing is if it was a windows error... since this is a fresh install of windows,.
Going to do a clean boot and do some toggling of certain things to see if I can find a software conflict.
Gonna do the good old rift update test since that's the most noticeable thing that I can um ... notice :p
