Bringing a brand new char up to your main just to use a bonanza weapon would also be excessively *** stupid
So you won a Cat's Eye on a different POLID from your main char. Congratulations, heres what you have to do to turn that into a Mythic weapon:
Complete the entire ToAU mission line
Complete parts / all of RoV for the Rhapsody KI's to speed things up, which will involve doing other unrelated Missions, including SoA missions that have time gated content via imprimaturs.
Kill Odin (not difficult, but will eat into your Ichor farming)
Kill the 3 ToAU kings
Kill all 4 Salvage I Bosses
Do all 50 assaults (without use of ASE)
Its one thing to run 16 chars on multiple POLIDs if you already multibox, but doing it single box just to "re-roll a new main with a mythic" is dumb.

If you get a hole in your sock, you'd say you have "a" hole in your sock. And whether it was inside-out or not, you'd still identify it as the same hole. Looking at a tunnel from two sides, it may have two entrances, but it's still the same one cavity, still the same one hole.

I got really into topology when I was 12, never thought I would ever use it, just another neat mathematical toy to play with.
A hole, by definition, goes all the way through. A coffee mug has a cavity and a hole but in topology its the same as a soda straw which has a hole but no cavity.
Then again we didn't have interwebs to argue on when I was 12....
I'm at the point where I need only very specific trusts, so I've gotta do the Serpent General quests to get Zazarg and Gadalar. Other than that, it's like... I still don't have ones that take a lot of time to get like Ygnas, or ones that only come up arbitrarily from login points.
