Are you sure it's not Zilart progress that's stopping it?
Whenever I trade the Cipher to AA GK, the Trust unlock NPC does the dejected shoulder slump and says there's a dark aura that prevents him from reading the cipher.
Then I get yellow text in the log that says, "An event in the storyline Rhapsodies of Vana'diel is preventing you from receiving this item."
So I looked it up on BG Wiki, and first page I read that you have to get past 3-5. But on the AA GK page it says 3-12. Some other testimonials said something about just being in the later half of part 2. I'm up to 3-6 now, and have to do Adoulin up to like 2-8 or something to take Rhapsodies to 3-12.
Well least you get to do more Rhapsodies.
For real tho is it possible to add an addon for AI Voiceover in game? like how they did it with world of warcraft classic

Funny enough, Granblue Fantasy's FFXI crossover event did have JP voices for all the crossover characters, so we would have some baseline for the characters that were featured. The characters were Prishe, Ulmia, Lilisette, Iroha, Shantotto, and Cait Sith. You could use that as a baseline for AI voicing as I know some people have done that even for EN voices.
Also we do technically have Shanttoto voice lines from Dissidia. Did Prische have voice lines in that game too? I actually don't know.

Yep. Prishe did indeed have voice lines in Dissidia 012. Not much in the way of cutscene lines, but plenty of English dubbing for her voice in combat.

Bonus trivia: After reaching level 100 with Prishe, she will occasionally use "secret" voice lines in battle instead of her normal ones. All of these reference her wanting food.

But now this Dissidia talk has me feeling very nostalgic. When visiting with a particular brother-in-law, we would often make sure to have our old PSPs handy for the sole purpose of dueling in Dissidia. It has been at least 2-3 years since this last occurred and I miss it.
It is one of those games that needs a reboot (perhaps on the Switch?), but given that SE botched the last console release I don't know if that will ever happen.

I was trying to find a YouTube video but found a bunch of compilation videos of the VA instead, which kinda sucks. Though it's fun to realize this man has voice the likes of Cell, M.Bison, and Xemnas though xD

I went together eith a LS colleague to hold the AMAN drops, and he kindly gave a pulse plus Shamash Eobe.
Later on i went with my mules orbs and got malignanca tights.
Now i want to ressub all chars and server transfer to get malignance 5/5 without beating WotG
