Welp, first online scam in a long time. Bought a G915 TKL with my Dell rewards credit. Received it today and when I opened the (damaged) box, it had a cheap plastic USB keyboard in it instead of what I purchased.

We used to have one for the PMS(Property Management System) computer at the hotel I work at.
A few months back its insides literally melted, and we lost power completely to the computer, due to the open in the circuitry blocking all current flow with its gooey, molten innards.
Called tech support to walk me through what to do. The solution was removing the UPS completely and plugging the PMS computer into the wall directly.
Corporate still hasn't shelled out for a new one. :^)
