Apparently a Honkai Impact character, but I don't play the game so don't know the back story behind her or any of that. I think she goes by the name of Fu Hua but not sure about that either.
They didn't make them for the bring arts line :o, although I have a keychain version of Blank.

Wow this 3rd party 12 inch ranger set looks way better than SH Figurarts but they are huge. They are cheaper too which is funny.

Eh well it's subjective. unlicensed should always be cheaper, but the unlicensed ones are static, and the licensed are posable.
Simple 3d print or resin cast vs articulating joints and no stands.
