growing up my dad was always a bit of a pussy with spices. so it was really bland chilli. i like it to have me throwing up blood and burnt stomach parts in the morning.

Chili just isn't good unless it's got gobs of cumin and chili powder and simmers down for about 3 hours until it's all goopy and delicious.

I like more ingredients, she was raised with just like sauce and meat, maybe beans if she's feeling rebellious. >___>

I once made the most amazing chili ever.
I called it "secret ingredient" chili.

Basically, I asked everyone I knew what their "secret ingredient" was for chili. Looked up websites, blog posts, food shows etc.

The result was a like...50 ingredient chili, but it was so incredible.
