Well considering a lot of the hardware is dying, has been destroyed or is insanely overpriced, and really just a giant waste of space, nah.

ps2 limitations
I saw Miss Fortune's new skin

some people are losing their ***over the skin. they don't think it's worthy of being an ultimate. i don't think it's that bad. i also paid 1800rp for magnificent tf back in the day. so, i might be the best judge.

Don't get me wrong, the nostalgia factor is high, and I have several old systems including several of my originals including broken ones (although I think I got rid of my broken PSX, as well the PS2 is superior anyway), there comes a point when having all that physical equipment is a burden, especially if you have lower sqft.
Also it's insanely convenient to just select which game you want from a menu instead of getting up and changing carts, not to even mention things like save states being far superior in terms of saving than the ancient methods (if there was even any way to save progress), and batteries die, and things such as a good CRT screen to play duck hunt on gets to be a pain, as nothing can properly emulate that feel/sound.
That being said, I was never one for trading in my games, and I'm a hoarder.

Picture this: The biggest goddamned tv/pc monitor I can get my hands on, surround sound, every *** home console known to man going as far back as the infamous brown Pong box, a pinball machine, a home arcade cabinet, a custom-built top of the line pc tower. Plus, I'd intentionally track down the following handhelds: A PSVita, a working PSP that uses the UMDs, an original Game Boy, a Game Gear, an Atari Lynx, a NeoGeo Pocket Color, and a goddamned WonderSwan.
Couple points, mainly being that you can't play most consoles on a newer TV with any kind of quality, unless you get them modded, or there is basically an adapter that will upscale but it's expensive.
I have the bold, also have a Sega Nomad, I still want a MAME cabinet though, it's on my to-do list.

We have a store here that sells ***that is salvaged from stores that go out of business or are destroyed, or products with damaged packaging but otherwise fine. A couple years ago a store that carries classic games was destroyed by a tornado and now they have a bunch of fairly cheap stuff. A whole box of the parts to fix an NES, cartridges, controllers, etc.
I forgot about that thing.
