Years later, still can't cook red meat.

Just tossed a 2.5 lb beef chuck roast because I ruined the fk out of it.

Went to the gas station and got 3 microwave chicken sandwiches instead

Get a sous vide. You can literally throw a hunk of meat in a bag maybe with some minor seasoning. Use an ap to tell it what you cooking and it will use preprogrammed temp and times. If you can't sear afterwards idk what to tell you

Eh, my mother has this crockpot thing. She just dumps everything into that, flips it on and lets the pot take care of all the work with an occasional stir throughout a day long cooking... but yeah, I'm curious how one even screws that up. Especially since I had to do that myself due to my mother recently breaking her shoulder. She had me set the crockpot up and dump everything into it because she's not supposed to do any form of heavy lifting until her surgeon says otherwise.
Crock pots are good for easy meals.

Yeah. Ma's always liked to cook. Me? I suck at serious cooking. I can bake like you wouldn't believe, though. I mean, even she gets jealous if I'm making cookies or pies because she can't get them to come out right half the time. So, it kinda balances out.
I've been learning to use deer meat. I like chili the best.

Yeah, was ok. The spices were a tad much for me but I can see how people might like it.

I need to try different kinds of their root beer.
