I fell down the stairs this morning, I only had 3 steps left to go.

Well it uses the cartridges....

For $189 on the system and another $40 for another controller, that's a steep price tag for something you'll need to buy carts for.

Problem with retro gaming is you'll get a cart and maybe spend 15 minutes on it and then move on. Especially these days you can get a converted Wii or Xbox for $40 and it'll have all the NES, SNES, Gensis and Turbo Grax-16 games you want, even N64. While they might not play flawless, that would get you over 2,000 games for $40.

Oh I know, hence why I also mentioned Rom carts. Also the controllers aren't that much, and you can use other controllers with it. But I see your point, and it's my main point in regards to it, can just softmod a Wii and have at it. But there are those who are purists, and want accuracy, etc.

Edit: I don't know about you, but I totes spend more than 15 minutes when playing a game.

When you do get a bunch of games, you tend to not tolerate the BS in games you get agitated with.

But lets say it's a game like Super Ghouls and Ghosts, you die in the first part. And then...you die again in the first part. If you had around 50 games to play, you might try one more time and then move on.

Unless it's something retro like Lunar or Chrono Trigger, than yeah you'll spend more time with it. But any compliation I have played, like the Sega Genesis, I play through the crappy games and then off to play the RPGs.

Honestly out of Sega games I probably played Sonic the most, followed by the Lion King, Aladdin and then Sinistar on the Midway bundle. I really should look into some Sega roms, my collection is vastly missing them.
