After Christmas on boxing day (26th of dec) I always have a curry made out of the left overs from the turkey dinner. It's so good.

I was actually surprised speaking to someone on skype the other day from AH, and they said you guys in the US don't eat many curries :O

We don't really, you basically have to go to an ethnic restaurant to get it, it's not served in just any ordinary place.

Well at least where I live.. It might be a bit more popular in other cultural hotspots like Cali or NY

Curry isn't common around my state, but I'm not sure if people eat it more in other places in the US. You have to come visit sometime Flion, I'll make you the best dang pumpkin pie ever! :D

I've never had curry either, I want to try and make some but my wife freaks out at the idea and says ima stink.

Curry is pretty good. There's loads of different types though rather than just like "Curry" I'm a fan of Chicken Tikka Korma or Chicken Biryani

Both are pretty different.

I now understand the important of a healthy diet and regular exercise

Went to my first fencing meet at UMD, College Park tonight, and man am I out of shape.

Don't think people believed me that I've been doing this for four years o_o

see a couple friends of mine are east indian. and pretty much on their days off, if I walk outside into the parking lot I can smell their lunch from the day before just by walking past their empty parking spot on my way in

Way too hard to balance that type of dish properly lol

You need a good chef to do it, it's a pretty popular take-away dish here (As in, order over the phone and pick it up) and there's a vast difference in quality and price between the good Indian restaurants and the bad Indian restaurants. If you don't balance the spices it ruins the dish entirely

See I see flion as someone with near no control of their life and so a lot of extra care is taken online because it gives you so much joy to gain that control idk

I've never really talked to you one on one though. But most of you would be people I'd tolerate to hang with or something.

Going to the movies with like 10 of us would be fun

Nah. I'm pretty much in control of most aspects of my life. I'm just lazy.

lets just put it this way...you try curry, and i'mma make boiled cabbage, deviled eggs, eat some peanuts, eat some cheese, drink a few beers (ok so maybe i wont drink icky beer), eat some roasted garlic cloves, some onions, some asparagus, and some form of spicy mexican food...and then trap you in the room with me...
