depends on if theirs something specific you want to read, or if you're just looking for a library to browse. i normally do searches for specific books and find a way to read it free. google has a tooooon of free books.

i know i'm too competitive. i got ranked #2 in my region. i should be happy with that, but all i can do is think how bs the stat weights are -.- how is someone just using some arbitrary system 10% more out weighing an average of 3 dollars in credits of reps or taking 20% more calls.
