Because you can't talk to people normally in an LS or FC or send tells, nothing in the open world

I see a Pommander of (Purity? Serenity? I forget which one) so you could just disable the room effects :o

Only the shot, you'll eventually save Reassemble for a proc'd Clean Shot.
