Okay. I was not pointedly aware, no. But it seems consistent and I'll try to keep it in mind when we have these interactions as you and I sometimes do where our points don't quite seem to get made to each other.
Not sure how the changes anything I'm saying, though, as I never said anything about his
inability to feel. I said he may not be receptive/understanding of why he needs to be and I theorized he may have an undiagnosed personality disorder or be somewhere on the autistic spectrum. "Being autistic" covers a very, very wide range of symptoms, as I'm sure you know well. And may not even apply. As I said, I was theorizing an either/or based on his perceived problem with social reciprocity.
Edit: Also, I'm a big advocate for psychological treatment and de-stigmatization. I don't recommend him to treatment to be insulting the way some people around here do on occasion. I do it for the same reason I'd tell someone with uncontrolled blood sugar to go to a doctor. For the improvement of quality and longevity of life.
