Spoilered cause I'm a dork.
I really hope it gets updated past the first 151 sometime. Drawing the results can be great practice for drawing monsters/animals.
Overwatch competitive mode seems pretty dope to me so far. rating+/- is based not only on team performance/win/loss but also personal performance aka a good player will go up more often than they go down (about +1 -1 per win or loss atm) until they hit their actual bracket in which case it becomes more competitive and losing rank becomes much less common while gaining rank also becomes less common
Rating system will ensure that you're put into a bracket for your skillset eventually. Ideally you'd improve over time and start climbing to higher rankings but it doesn't seem necessary to get most of the rewards. Honestly anything over 30 rating seems to eliminate most of the shitters that you would normally get queued with in Quick Play and really increases team dynamics by a fair degree. Only downside I can see so far is that the entire team is penalized when someone drops early since it does not refill and you can not leave even after someone else does without consequence. Ok, ok, I'll stop. Bismarck.Josiahfk said: » Is the first one called aerocool? Lol. Aeroking Aerolee Aeroster Aeroto Omatata. Leoooonnnnnnnnn I can't stop.
Why would you want to stop?
I don't know. I've got Curie looking pretty *** good.

He's like "I'm kind of loath to say this because it's going to sound like an excuse and I don't want to make any excuses. I own all the problems that came with this game and if you want to hurl insults at me, it's totally my fault. I'm the key creator. I will own that responsibility." He said "In my many years at Capcom, and Capcom was known for their multi-platform strategy. But never did they ever do 10 SKUs all at the same time, 10 different versions all for one title." Traditionally, this is true—I know, we worked with a lot of different porting houses—usually you have the base game and work on the port after the game was done. In this case, it was do the base game and do the port all at the same time. it ended up being a huge amount of work, more than they actually estimated. Definitely, when they looked at the project, they were wrong about a lot of things. They underestimated how much time, work was going to be necessary. All of those things create a huge amount of pressure. |
