Was decent, the ending was crammed in there though.. Like they severely edited a 2 hour and 30 minute movie down to 1 hour and 40 minutes, but took the entire 50 minutes out between the middle of the movie and the end.
Ah, did it at least make sense? :3
Yes, it's an action movie, not a deep drama or something..
Oh, action movie means sense making. Okay. >.> Sorry, thought there might be a story in it somewhere. My bad!
There is, but it's pretty straight forward.. No unexpected plot twists or anything.
Spoilered for a reason
Her father worked for a cartel boss, he wanted out, he handed over a disk and walked away.. boss sent people to kill them all and retrieve the copy of the disk he knew he had, father gives her a few things, a card, to the embassy I guess, the copy of the disk, an address (of his brother) and a necklace to remember him by. Soon after mother and father are killed, guy sent to kill them decides to talk to the daughter rather than just slaughter her, trying to get her to hand over the disk, she escapes and runs, go to the embassy, gets a passport to go to the us, escapes from custody mid way through, jumps on a bus and goes to her uncle. She asks her uncle to train her to be a killer, he does, she starts doing contracts always drawing the flower of the necklace her father gave her, to try and draw out the cartel people so she can kill them, they come after her eventually because they're in bed with the CIA and the CIA guy wants the whole thing tied off once and for all, guy that talked to her as a kid and was sent to kill her, is again sent, they kill her uncle and his mother, she gets more pissed off, loads up on weapons and gear, goes to the house they're at, kills them all. End of movie. There's a few more plot details in there, but that's pretty much it.
