No there was nobody else downstairs so I was trapped ._. and I would rather die than call for help because as Uri may joke about girls on treadmills, there were 4 of them and they were all upstairs LOOKING DOWN ON ME ;-;
So, after laying there for a few seconds deciding whether to lose my dignity or my ribs, I improvised and I rolled it down my body and over my legs so I could get up. Unfortunately I squashed my penis on the way down, but I had to stifle the agony for the above reason.

You know what trapped your supposed to roll left or right and angle the bar up in the air by lowering said left or right sides plates to he ground....right...
