Also as for 'proc' 'spec-proc' is the only definition that actually has backstory and was used by a MUD back in the day. So I'm going to say that's the most accurate one.

I figured that too, but he tried way too hard, and made stupid comments about how Ocelot gloves are better than Dusk gloves +1 for NIN because dusk +1 are ghetto and from AH. And AH gear = garbage
Trying to figure out what to wear tonight. Hubby's band is playing a local goth fashion show. I have a halter top dress that I haven't worn before. He says I look good in it, but it shows A LOT. I have another "safer" dress, but I feel frumpy in it, but it's safe. Then again, I may say *** dresses and wear jeans. GDI.

That doesn't even make any sense, how can you not have friends by lacking a Kannagi for your NIN.
