In one of the FFXIV fan kits for Through the Maelstrom there is a picture with a monk who seems to just have bricks of cement on his hands. Is that actually a weapon in game?

Thinking about it since Deliverance was announced, I'm a little concerned about job balance. A boost to crit rate that can be kept on constantly is a very strong buff, and being able to switch between Deliverance and Defiance to spend stacks based on the situation is a pretty remarkable degree of power.
All told I am pleased with maintaining WAR as my main, but hopefully it doesn't become a major balance issue.

I kinda hope they boost PLD's enmity a bit if they're doing that to WAR since WAR just shoots past fairly easily
