what is he good rotation for AOE spam I see a lot of BLMs do?

I dunno what the best one is but I do Fire 3 > Fire 2 until just enough MP for a slowcast flare > Swiftcast flare > transpose

I do a slowcast flare first when they have a lot of HP so I won't be interrupted if the mob I'm trying to cast on dies, I can just tab to another one and swiftcast flare it

One that I use for big pulls is, like Drac said, fire 3>fire 2 until low mp (300-400) hardcast flare>convert>swiftcast>flare>x-ether>flare>transpose.

Only need to go that far for big pulls and lack of other AoE damage though, otherwise can just transpose after flare, but if you have convert up make good use of it.

I only do triple flare on really big pulls, if it's a normal I'll just double so I can double the next pull too

Also get HQ mega ethers, shorter recast and you get 340 MP from them

If you know a crafter just get a stack of each ingredient and they can make like 300+ of them

Back in high school, I got into a fight with the school bully/badass. Dude was talking a bunch of crap, called my girlfriend some bad names when she wouldn't leave me just so he could toy with her for a night, poured milk over a disabled boy's head. None of that sat well with me so one day I called him out and we were planning to lock-up at lunch. All my friends were like "Dude, no have you SEEN his abs?" His abs were kinda his claim to fame, it's how he got girls, even my girlfriend was like "He's an *** but he has nice abs." So lunch comes around and neither of us even go to the cafeteria just straight to the football field, a crowd gathers and, of course "Nah, he's screwed, Jeff has abs!" my friends keep going on about how muscular he is and I keep telling them that having abs doesn't mean he can take me in a fight. So we get there, meet up, talk crap for a few mins, I throw the first punch.

He beat my ***, but his abs had absolutely nothing to do with it.

just before the 1st boss, and asking him politely a few times to up his game (pld never saying a word), I vote dissmiss. we get him again.
somehow make it trough 1st boss, as we arrive to the 2nd one, whm votes dismiss.
he comes back again.

at one point, he was dying from soloing his mob. he just ran away from the group expecting us to kill it.

You got a BOT tank. Had a couple of them when I was doing random dungeons leveling my whm last year, and a couple in wanderers palace before I stopped doing dungeons.

Sometimes they'll have a bot healer with them as well so if you see the tank saying benediction or cure in chat and the whm immediately doing it, try it yourself. You can keep saying esuna and it'll just keep casting esuna on you and not heal the tank lol
