Also the Kraft dinner was a reference to South Parks Canadian stereotypes. You all love Kraft dinner products and even have restaurants dedicated to them.
you can have all kinds of fun with a really well made baked macaroni dish. Pretty much any ingredient you want, any kind of cheese you want.

In all fairness though almost all mac and cheese looks like throw up.
That's kinda what it is, you have macaroni and then throw in whatever leftovers you have (usually sausage or ham but if you have some meat sauce left over from when you made spaghetti you can use that too) and some cheese on top of it
There are some other ingredients too but I don't feel like looking up a recipe lol

Yeah, the people are doing it to themselves, but putting the grease balls they call chicken nuggets next to the perfectly grillable chicken breasts and slapping a price tag of half the cost of the breasts and "Ready in five minutes so you can go back to watching your stupid reality TV!" on the bag of grease is going to attract a lot of people to grease.
I'm pretty sure what a "chicken nugget" is made out of is better suited to be dog food. You are eating dog food. Enjoy.

I've never heard of these "KD Restaurants" before.
Nor do I know anyone who actually eats KD except families on a very tight budget, in which case it's simply cheaper to make their own version that's cheaper, and tastes relatively the same.

I like making bunches of rice balls for people and filling each one with something different... often a couple with something weird, just to mess with them. It's like Russian roulette, but instead of a bullet, you get a peanut butter and rice.

the breading and oil used to fry the nuggets is really what makes them unhealthy, the chicken itself is just pasted up chicken and spices
