do you have a link or anything to the site? I am gonna try real fast to make sure its not an installation issue or something. I just have never had this issue and it just started yesterday.

I can make better gifs now. Too bad I can't skirt the limitations of 256 colors in a gif :\ makes backgrounds and stuff look pixelated and bleeds color from the image

Folk som pratar nordiska språk kan förstå varandra ganska enkelt; jag brukade skriva på svenska med Kvazz medan han skrev på norska och vi hade inga problem. Danska funkar väldigt bra också; västgermanska språk som tyska och nederländska om man kan engelska.

it probably helps that Swedish is a germanic language, so the grammatical structure of English and Swedish sentences is similar

Have been experimenting with 60FPS gifs for a while. problem is, making them at any reasonable size is usually quite impossible since it makes a 30MB+ file. This eliminated that problem though, can make a file almost as big as i want and i can probably keep it under 10MB with the compression involved.
Like I said though, color on gifs really sucks. I need to experiment with reducing color depth of an image prior to optimizing and see if that helps. more control over it that way

If you set the Color Reduction Algorithm to Adaptive, they look fantastic. Really, try it out, it's a huge difference.

If you want an example of what Adaptive looks like, look at the woodcarving gif I made a few pages back. Before that setting it looked SO bad.
i normally use adaptive for mine; restrictive and selective look awful, perceptual can look a lot better for certain images but that's rare. problem is my footage easily contains more than 256 colors, so if i can narrow that down a bit prior to optimizing, it would probably help.
also, i suggest turning off Convert to sRGB

Like Drac and Patrik said, GW2. It's a world event boss. I'm putting the video of it on youtube atm, but liked his entrance so made a gif of that too.
Also, to show what I mean about the colors, here's what it looks like before being gif optimized:
notice the colors in the sky and stuff and how they blend together naturally compared to the gif:
meh and more meh!
Actually, looks like the video is already done uploading and processing. Have never had it go that fast before.
