Though just to recover files off my ssd before doing clean windows install, used linux for the first time today.
This Dumbass just learned the hard way why you should never flash a bios update through windows. Oh well gotta learn somehow.

It is a fun game though, but that might just be new game hype xP .... I absolutely hate how "lock on" works in this game though, unless I'm not realizing something. It *depends* on your motherboard vendor flashing app being a piece'o ### or being decent. I've flashed my motherboard BIOS on Windows countless times without ill effects. Offline

I did a bios update through a program for my Asus mobo rather than through usb.
After doing it and wrecking my ***i found out that's bad.. I found the lock-on to be a bit awkward at first, but it grew on me really quickly. What makes it so bad for you that you hate it? :o Bios flashing through OS is almost always fine these days. Use the utility provided by your mobo manufacturer and it's np. Have personal experience with msi and asus working fine this way several times

Honestly it sounds more likely that something else broke. On another note: I've done hundreds of BIOS updates through the OS and no issue, but I have never done one on an ASUS board and through that software, and that software doesn't work for ***on my desktop, usually crashes, I think I have it disabled entirely. When the BIOS flashing was done it's likely the BIOS settings on CMOS were cleared and your current hardware configuration require special settings. I know that because I am using non matching memory modules on my machine, I must set "unganged mode" or else it's blue screen fest during Windows boot up time. Lets see if I can kill the Black Gravios now that everyone here is asleep.
So apparently, this is some of the stuff we can expect to see in the Xenoverse DLC.
If it's real, that anti-Kamehameha soul will be really useful for people having trouble on quests with SSJ Goku/Gohan spamming their moves. Also, I want Gogeta's clothes. Dat fusion vest... Where are you getting these from btw? lol Give me something to look up while this room fills for this damn Black Gravios.
what do you mean? I'm just looking up random Calvin and Hobbes strips.
I got the ones I posted earlier from...
http://www.gocomics.com/calvinandhobbes/2010/08/22 ...which has a typical "daily" post forward/back/calendar UI for online comics. (I assumed I would be blocked from linking directly to the images, so I just hosted them myself.) I think Kalila's are imgur and such no? random google search results ;<

Sadly in 10-year's time, we'll look back jadedly on that and think how primitive it all is...but by then, that look will be "retro" and the in-thing to try to emulate on all the new indie games. ^_- Offline

YouTube Video Placeholder I am not impressed.(by his speech) I could tell it was all computer graphics from the start. But yes, holy cow. That serves to show how much untaped potential even the GPUs people are tossing away right now have. |
