APOCALYPSE

Wow that X-Men cinematic chronology is so goofy now, it's going to be hard to follow reboot-after-reboot.

Honestly, though, I think with the current push from Marvel in-house of the "Inhumans" property (because 20th Century Fox owns the cinematic rights to X-Men, and Disney/Marvel Studios cannot touch them) says a lot about what their Disney masters have in store.

It seems unthinkable that Marvel would purposefully destroy their mutant cash-cow, but it seems Disney has had enough of creating storylines and comic titles that serve to advertise and perpetuate Fox-owned properties. :/ I'd have guessed that Disney would have the money to just buy-out the license/contracts in question, but converting the entirety of the Marvel comic-universe from Mutants-to-Inhumans is just 'shrewd business sense' I suppose. >.>;;

Even at the end of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Baron Von Strucker refers to Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch as "miracles" (as opposed to "mutants".) LOL :p

I got a 3 gallon glass container today
Perferct for making sauerkraut and kimchi.
I just got done making a little over 2 gallons of kimchi in it... I'm addicted to this stuff. :D

Mom has no car.
My SUV has no battery and outdated tag.
My truck needs an alternator.
Dad's truck needs a brake caliper.
Sister's car lost a ball joint last night and the wheel fell off.

***, I have to do something this weekend.

My car is about to have outdated tags, just replaced the battery.
Replaced the alternator within the past 4 years.
Just replaced the rear brake calipers, rotors and pads.
Lost 3 ball joints in less than 2 years.

Considering you can replace the stuff yourself, I don't want to hear it :P

the battery and tag seems the easiest to remedy if you have the $, the alternator being the next.

if you don't end up having to bleed the brakes, it's probably easier than the ball joint, but hopefully when the ball joint broke it didn't *** up something else.

Ball joint broke and axle came out. I'll be looking into fixing it later.

Oh yeah, also had an axle brake on me too.

It's been a fun year in putting money into a car that should have been in the junkyard years ago.

I don't have my cc's low enough, and my savings high enough to try to go get another car yet though, cuz if I'm going to get one, it's going to half decent, I'm not trying to get brand new, but something that's at least within the past 5-10 years.

Considering I'm pretty much after a Honda CRV or a Toyota RAV4, due to the body size, fuel economy, my preference of driving type and want something where I can easily put equipment in and pull it out, yeah...

I found one I can deal with (if I have somebody who knows more about cars check it out with me) but it's about 12 grand, and for that I'll have to have financing, of which like I said above, I want (and possibly need) my cc's to be lower first.
