I'm still running a panasonic AE8000 and for computer gaming yeah i'm stuck at 1080p. Its connected to a desktop homeoffice system that has 2 Radeon 295X2 's in it so I just jackup the non resolution related settings to leverage the gpu power like more AA/supersampling.
I think its gonna be like a year until we see a real 4k projector that supports displayport and we need a new crop of gfx cards that support hdmi2. Still too early to upgrade to the latest projector offerings in my book even if one ignores cost.

I just want my display to have the headroom for higher resolution and refresh rates if I'm going to drop at least 4-6 bills on a new panel. There's nothing particularly wrong with any of those, but it's going to take awhile before we see more HDMI 2.0 support, and DVI is slowly approaching it's limitations.

What kinda dog do you have?
chow/lab and pure lab are the ones left. other was border collie/lab and didnt mind cold as much, used to bury in snow piles and sit there all day like an eskimo
