Got run into the ground at work yesterday, didn't get any sleep last night, school was draining, and I'm just tired... but I don't need to be skipping days from working out.

~.~ Need to motivate myself to get up and work out... triceps and shoulders + cardio today.

I'm honestly not surprised people don't know who an aging musician is when he doesn't make much of an effort to be relevant, or that the kids of today aren't exposed to any of the music of the past century, and only fill their time with Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and Kim and Khloe take New York.

Thankfully, there are people out there who have no *** clue what Jersey Shore was.

Doesn't necessarily mean we're doomed, but we might wanna send out a few life rafts with golden oldies on them.
